SeloraX SEO Studio (“SEO Studio”, “we”, “us”) is a free SEO, GEO, and AEO audit tool operated by SeloraX. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our service at seo.selx.store and related subdomains.
2. Information we collect
Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We also collect a phone number during sign-in to help with onboarding support.
Audit data: URLs you submit for auditing, the audit results (SEO/GEO/AEO scores, findings, AI-generated fixes), and any optimization packs applied to your products.
Usage data: We collect anonymous usage analytics including page views, feature interactions, and performance metrics to improve the service. This may include IP addresses (used only for rate limiting and fraud prevention) and browser information.
Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, a locale preference cookie (your EN/BN language choice), and optional analytics cookies (only with your consent).

Webhook signatures are verified using HMAC-SHA256. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate SEO Studio:
- Google OAuth: For account authentication (sign in with Google)
- Google Search Console: When you connect your GSC account, we access your search performance data to provide keyword insights (optional, you control the connection)
- AI providers: We send product page content to AI language models to generate optimization suggestions. We do not share your personal information with AI providers — only the page content being audited
- Cloudflare R2: For image storage when you upload product images
6. Data retention
Audit results and optimization packs are retained for as long as your account is active. Google Search Console data is retained for 183 days (matching the 6-month comparison window). Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can revoke Google Search Console access at any time from your Google account settings. To request data access or deletion, contact us at the address below.
8. Children's privacy
SEO Studio is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
