1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SeloraX SEO Studio (“SEO Studio”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. SEO Studio is operated by SeloraX.
2. Description of service
SEO Studio is an AI-powered SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) audit tool for e-commerce product pages. The Service provides automated auditing, scoring, and AI-generated optimization suggestions including titles, meta descriptions, structured data, FAQ content, and llms.txt files.
3. Accounts and authentication
You may use basic features (single-page audit) without creating an account. Advanced features (full-site audit, exports, workspace) require signing in with a Google account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Free tier and usage limits
The free tier provides up to 5 page audits per day, 5 exports per day, and one free full-site audit per account. Anonymous (non-authenticated) users are limited to 1 audit per IP address per day.
We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. SeloraX platform merchants receive expanded access as part of their SeloraX subscription.
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
SEO Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate optimization suggestions including titles, meta descriptions, FAQ content, structured data, and other content. While we apply quality guardrails (keyword density limits, schema validation, no fabricated reviews), AI-generated content:
- May contain errors or inaccuracies — you should review all suggestions before applying them to your live site
- Is not guaranteed to improve your search rankings or AI citation frequency
- Should not be treated as professional SEO consulting advice
- Must be verified against your specific product details and business requirements
We explicitly prohibit the generation of fabricated reviews, ratings, or misleading structured data. Our system enforces guardrails against these practices, but ultimate responsibility for published content rests with you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit URLs you do not have the right to audit
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
- Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable usage
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
7. Intellectual property
The SEO Studio application, its design, code, and documentation are owned by SeloraX. AI-generated content produced for your pages is yours to use freely once generated.
You retain all rights to your product data, images, and any content you submit for auditing.
8. Limitation of liability
SEO Studio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific search ranking or AI citation outcome will result from using the Service. In no event shall SeloraX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. SeloraX platform integration
If you use SEO Studio as an embedded app within the SeloraX merchant dashboard, additional terms from your SeloraX merchant agreement apply. In case of conflict between these terms and your SeloraX merchant agreement, the SeloraX merchant agreement prevails for platform-specific features.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
